Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Own basic hand tools (advanced technicians should have a complete tool set).
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive repair experience preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ford certification is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Diagnose vehicle concerns using the latest Ford diagnostic equipment.
- Complete repairs according to Ford and manufacturer standards.
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work as part of a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
