About The Position

Develops and manages integrated schedules, program plans, and project controls for complex, multi-year work in a high-security DoD/Intelligence Community environment.

Requirements

  • Current/active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience in scheduling, program planning, project controls, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent scheduling tools.
  • Strong knowledge of WBS, CPM, and integrated baseline management.
  • Experience developing and managing schedules for complex, multi-year programs; government or Intelligence Community experience strongly relevant.
  • Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) tools, techniques, and reporting.
  • Experience with Agile, hybrid, or iterative development methodologies.
  • Level 3 guidance: generally 5–8 years with a BS/BA, 3–5 years with an MS/MA, or 0–2 years with a PhD. The program rate-sheet description also identifies a Bachelor's/equivalent with 5–7 years or Master's with 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, analyze, and manage integrated program schedules and project-control information.
  • Apply Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), and integrated baseline-management principles.
  • Use scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent platforms.
  • Coordinate schedule inputs across cross-functional teams and identify dependencies, milestones, risks, and impacts.
  • Support timely supply, logistics, provisioning, spares, maintenance/repair, and material-delivery planning where required by program responsibilities.
  • Analyze program and operational information to support optimized delivery, inventory, and logistics planning.
  • Produce clear schedule analysis, documentation, and reporting for program stakeholders.
