About The Position

The Sr. MarTech Lead oversees the organization’s marketing technology ecosystem, digital properties, marketing analytics, healthcare data governance and privacy, and server-side tracking technology to support patient acquisition, campaign optimization, digital experience, and internal and external reporting. This role serves as the marketing technology lead across web platforms, analytics, data integrations, measurement, and privacy, partnering closely with Marketing, Product/IT, Security, Legal/Compliance, and external agencies and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in in marketing technology, digital marketing analytics, measurement, web platforms, and tracking infrastructure, ideally in a regulated industry (healthcare/telehealth preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices, integrated marketing plans, lead enablement activities, and related deliverables.
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager or equivalent tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager/Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, cookies/pixels, server-side tracking, WordPress, and Cloudflare.
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing, analytics, content, project management, and productivity platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, HTML, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Products, Adobe CS, Social Media Platforms, SEMrush, Asana.
  • Strong experience in marketing analytics, digital measurement, attribution, lead generation and management, patient or consumer acquisition, and full-funnel performance measurement.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations; SQL or other data-querying experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare data governance, privacy, consent, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, PHI/PII, vendor data sharing, and tracking limitations.
  • Consult with IT and Security, including Cloudflare or equivalent tools, to ensure websites, tracking infrastructure, data ingestion, dashboards, integrations, and data exports follow security best practices, including encryption, access controls, required anonymization, and appropriate data retention.
  • Experience managing vendor and agency relationships, including data-sharing and measurement agreements and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, IT, data, legal, compliance, and external agency/vendor partners.
  • Evaluate marketing technologies, plugins, integrations, platforms, and vendors for potential privacy, security, tracking, and data-governance risks before implementation.
  • Strong influencing, problem-solving, critical-thinking, strategic-planning, and technical project-management skills, with the ability to balance immediate operational needs and long-term technology priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to explain technical, analytics, privacy, and web-platform issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High level of initiative, independence, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple platforms, projects, vendors, and deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and company offsites, up to approximately 10%.
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST or EST, evenings/weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product/IT teams and Ours Privacy SST to design, implement, maintain, and validate tracking infrastructure, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, digital advertising platforms, cookies/pixels, UTM parameters, server-side tracking, consent management, and data layers.
  • Oversee full-funnel digital marketing measurement across acquisition, activation/enrollment, engagement, appointment completion or abandonment, and downstream performance metrics.
  • Monitor data quality, tracking accuracy, cookie and pixel governance, server-side tracking, and cross-device and cross-channel attribution.
  • Establish measurement and tagging standards across websites, landing pages, campaigns, platforms, and digital products to ensure consistent and reliable reporting.
  • Evaluate changes to browser technology, advertising platforms, tracking methodologies, privacy requirements, and first-party data strategies and recommend appropriate changes to the organization’s measurement architecture.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to guide the build, automation, and maintenance of Power BI or equivalent dashboards and reports that provide daily, weekly, and monthly insights into lead quality, patient behavior, campaign and channel performance, funnel drop-off, scheduling and attendance, and provider utilization.
  • Partner with product and IT teams to integrate CRM/EHR and scheduling systems, telehealth platforms, lead-generation and advertising platforms, websites and CMS platforms, tracking systems, and security/cloud infrastructure.
  • Work with marketing to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve campaign, channel, website, and conversion performance for agencies and vendors.
  • Manage agency and vendor data requirements, tagging, tracking, campaign performance analysis, technical implementation requirements, and optimization recommendations.
  • Identify anomalies, trends, and risks, including behavioral shifts, channel underperformance, website or integration issues, vendor issues, tracking failures, and compliance exposures, and provide proactive strategic recommendations.
  • Work with Compliance, Security, and Legal teams to maintain compliance with HIPAA, PHI/PII requirements, vendor and agency data-sharing agreements, and internal data governance policies.
  • Collaborate with IT and Security, including Cloudflare or equivalent tools, to ensure tracking infrastructure, data ingestion, dashboards, and data exports follow security best practices, including encryption, access controls, and required anonymization.
  • Create and maintain documentation for tracking architecture, data flows, vendor data sharing, compliance controls, measurement frameworks, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Oversee the organization’s websites and digital properties, including platform health, functionality, performance, user experience, integrations, and ongoing enhancement needs.
  • Partner with IT and Security to manage web infrastructure and technical requirements, including AWS hosting, Cloudflare, DNS, SSL, backups, security, uptime, platform updates, plugins, and related dependencies.
  • Lead or support website redesigns, rebuilds, migrations, and platform changes, including requirements, integrations, analytics/tracking, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Stay current on marketing technology, web platforms, analytics, privacy, digital marketing, cybersecurity considerations, and healthcare compliance trends, including cookie and browser changes, GA4 updates, HIPAA guidance, CMS and web technologies, artificial intelligence, and advertising-platform policy changes, and recommend improvements.
