About The Position

The Senior Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Manager by leading execution of advanced marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on video content, digital campaigns, and social media strategy. This role blends hands-on creative production with strategic planning, mentoring, and performance optimization to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, videography, and social media management.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Proven success managing and growing brand social media channels.
• Strong command of videography, storytelling, and production workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Strategic, data-driven mindset paired with strong creative execution.
• Working knowledge of SEO and digital content optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, production, and editing of high-quality video content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
• Develop and help drive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Create, maintain, and oversee content calendars to ensure consistency and timely execution.
• Analyze campaign, video, and social performance; deliver insights, reports, and optimization recommendations.
• Maintain and manage video equipment, software, and production workflows.
• Engage with online audiences and guide brand voice in responses and community interactions.
• Provide guidance or mentorship to Marketing Specialists and contractors, as needed.
