ARE YOU READY TO HELP CREATE LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCES THAT EMPOWER THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE TO TRANSFORM THEIR LIVES, BUSINESSES, AND FUTURES? Our client is a fast growing coaching and personal development company founded in 2016 with a mission to help entrepreneurs and individuals end personal suffering and develop the mindset, tools, and practices needed to achieve their full potential. Their annual live event was named by Inc. as a Top 3 Must Attend Personal Development Event for Entrepreneurs, alongside Tony Robbins' Date With Destiny. Their founder was named by Inc. as a leading expert on mindset and business, and SUCCESS Magazine referred to his methodology as the next evolution in personal development. He has also been featured on Impact Theory, where his appearance was rated among the show's Top 5 interviews, and his videos have received millions of views online. The company was also ranked in the top 100 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies. Their founder is more than a motivational speaker and coach; he is an entrepreneur and an early pioneer of SEO and e-commerce, where he led the sales team that sold the first motorcycle online, generating $70M in less than 2 years. This role is ideal for a hands on Senior Project Manager who has worked in a fast moving, creator led coaching or personal development business that sells courses, memberships, high ticket coaching, digital products, or live events through direct response marketing. The ideal candidate has personally managed complex launches involving webinars, sales funnels, email campaigns, landing pages, marketing automation, affiliates, and other deadline driven promotional campaigns. This person must also be able to take a business objective, ask the right questions, understand what each department needs, identify milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and ownership, and turn that information into a clear project plan that teams can execute. They should be comfortable leading multiple departments, identifying when additional resources/agencies or expertise are needed, holding owners accountable, and driving projects through completion without becoming the individual executor for every delayed task. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for turning company priorities into clear plans and driving them through successful completion. Working closely with leadership, you'll lead projects across Marketing, Copywriting, Marketing Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, and external partners. Projects may include coaching and course launches, webinars, book campaigns, sales funnels, email campaigns, digital products, live events, and other major company initiatives. You'll need to understand how all of these pieces work together, what needs to happen and when, who owns each deliverable, what depends on what, and where a delay could put a launch or business objective at risk. This is not an administrative project management position. Our client needs an experienced operator who can take a business objective, ask the right questions, gather requirements from stakeholders, determine the resources needed, identify milestones and dependencies, and build the complete project plan required to achieve it. From there, you'll lead multiple departments through execution, anticipate problems, hold owners accountable, and drive the project through successful completion.
