About The Position

The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that advance enterprise and business-unit level goals and objectives, elevate brand visibility, and drive measurable outcomes across programs, initiatives, and audiences. This role leads a small team and is accountable for translating vision into implementation, building strong workflows, coaching performance, and ensuring high-quality delivery. This position requires a marketer who can operate across both B2C and B2B marketing strategies, balancing nurse-facing engagement with partner-facing growth objectives. The role also plays a key leadership function in event marketing, supporting enterprise events and experiences through end-to-end strategy, promotion, attendee growth, and on-site engagement planning. The ideal candidate for this role operates with a player coach mentality. They are equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute, especially when timelines are tight or priorities shift. They bring strong judgment, calm leadership, and a solutions-oriented approach to guiding a team, while still staying close enough to the work to spot risks early, remove barriers, and uphold quality. Requirements

  • At minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 7 or more years of progressive marketing experience, including integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • 3 or more years of direct people management experience, including performance coaching and team development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading both B2C and B2B marketing strategies, including segmentation and channel planning for distinct audiences.
  • Proven event marketing experience, including driving registrations/attendance and coordinating marketing plans across the event lifecycle.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong judgment and attention to detail.
  • Performance reporting, dashboards, and campaign optimization.
