We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to optimize our marketing spend across a complex channel mix, and drive scalable growth across Insurify’s marketing organization. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Analytics, and Finance, owning the systems, reporting, planning processes, and executive communications. To ensure our marketing investments are executed well at scale, measured, and aligned to company goals. You’ll play a critical role in translating complex marketing initiatives into clear business narratives, strengthening our operating rhythm, and leading cross-channel initiatives that unlock growth. This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be able to come into our Cambridge, MA office .

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, marketing operations, or media strategy, roles
  • Analytical and financially fluent, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
  • Strong experience with forecasting, budget management, and performance reporting at scale
  • Exceptional communicator with experience preparing materials for senior leadership
  • Proven ability to improve processes, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive organizational alignment
  • Proficient in SQL, and Python or R for statistical analysis, experimentation, and modeling

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations & Planning: Build and maintain media planning and forecasting tools to manage budgets, project performance, and track against revenue and efficiency goals. Continuously assess and improve planning processes to drive operational excellence across marketing.
  • Strategic Leadership & Alignment: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping define priorities, manage key initiatives, and drive alignment across cross-functional partners. Facilitate a synchronized operating rhythm for the marketing team.
  • Reporting & Insights: Own the broader marketing reporting framework, delivering consistent transparency into performance. Support deeper analytical investigations on cross-channel initiatives and ensure insights are actionable and aligned to company priorities.
