The overall goal of the Owner Engagement department is to increase usage of our ownership and membership products, including Vacation Ownership, Vacation Occupancy Agreements (VOA), Travel Club, and the World of Westgate Mastercard®, which in turn increases retention and lowers delinquency. The role of the Owner Engagement Marketing Senior Manager is to analyze needs of the company’s occupancy, plan marketing strategies, manage and implement campaigns. The ideal candidate would also communicate and coordinate our efforts within our department and to other internal resources.
