This role is for an organized, motivated, and creative doer who is prepared to roll up their sleeves to produce purposeful and engaging brand elements including website, digital, advertising, collateral, events, online marketing, and internal and customer communications. Candidates possess proven acumen in leading and participating in all in brand, identity, design, creative processes, as well as measuring their success, brand alignment, and maturity. The position reports to the Chief Operations Officer. Requirements

  • A Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Graphic Arts, Design with Communications, skilled in the following technical tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, SEO, Google Analytics, HTML, and Confluence.
  • 10 years of hands-on experience, with progressive growth in managing and supporting creative, branding and digital processes at a high technology company
  • Experience managing outside vendors, including web development, SEO, graphic design
  • Experience leading website redesign/launch and branding projects that include creative performance testing, community sites, and more
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and the creative services budget
  • Occasional travel to corporate headquarters and team meetings in Irvine California area

Responsibilities

  • Lead the branding and digital processes using analytics as the basis for a culture of continuous improvement, including monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Manage and implement company identity, brand, communication, and website design creative guidance
  • Own the website, managing the development and delivery process of copy, design, graphics, and creative content for the website
  • Manage web content including the support of marketing campaigns, including promotions, landing pages, product detail pages, blogs, to continuously improve the usability, design, content, and conversions of the website
  • Lead the SEO improvement program, including content development, backlink, and Sniper strategies, managing the use of outside vendors as needed
  • Enable content management and ensure brand adherence for all creative assets in a way that is always tied to target audience and outcome objectives
  • Enable creative request process and manage the entire creative projects from design through to production with transparency, feedback, and within schedule and budget
  • Consult and partner with internal departments (e.g. Product Management and, Demand Generation) to define and develop reporting and analysis, based on key performance indicators and metrics to optimize site content and functionality
  • Translate creative briefs into design concepts and solutions in support of communication objectives, including development of specialized graphic illustrations to support our products in datasheets, event marketing, the website, presentations, etc.
  • Manage outside vendors, including website development, SEO, printing services, etc. and ensure all creative design meets brand identity standards, delivery schedule, and costs.
  • Own digital asset management including implementing tracking, organization and storing processes, asset lifecycles, and vendor relationship Manage content development and quality assurance processes with demand generation and product marketing leaders
  • Leverage technologies and solutions to drive customer and prospect digital engagement including community, social media, online research, and other connection platforms
  • Coordinate design, creative, and website budget and operational metrics with regards to objectives, spend, performance, and continuous improvement Generally contribute to the senior marketing staff and the overall team
  • Plan and manage presence at industry events including budget and expenses as well as material fulfillment.
  • Own and engage with external entities via social media platforms.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing needs and manage the marketing budget that includes conferences and marketing support services.
