About The Position

Drive is a startup within Madrivo and we're built differently. We don't chase thousands of clients. We partner deeply with a select group of enterprise companies and go all in to drive real business growth. We're full-funnel performance marketing obsessives. That means we don't just manage paid search accounts, we dig into website flows, optimize landing pages, analyze sales processes, dissect data, and orchestrate every lever we can pull to move the needle. We push our clients out of their comfort zones strategically, and we're relentless about innovation. Right now, we're scaling Drive aggressively, particularly within the Insurance vertical. We're moving beyond traditional lead gen into high-level managed services (PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic) for enterprise clients who want a true partner, not just another vendor. The Role This is an execution powerhouse role. While leadership architects the strategy and closes the deals, you're the one who brings it all to life. You'll take the strategy, roll up your sleeves, and turn it into results. That means managing the nitty-gritty of paid search accounts, driving the process to get new landing pages live, analyzing full-funnel data from multiple sources, coordinating with support teams, and ensuring everything is fully optimized and firing on all cylinders. This isn't a traditional "in-house" role—you're operating in a startup environment as the dedicated marketing lead for our agency clients. You're equal parts strategist and operator: someone who can speak confidently with C-suite executives and jump into Google Ads to make bid adjustments that matter. You'll partner directly with leadership to ensure the vision sold to the client is executed with excellence. You're helping us build the blueprint for this entire division.

Requirements

  • Figure-It-Outer Extraordinaire: You have exceptionally strong problem-solving skills and can think critically on your feet. When something breaks or doesn't exist yet, you figure it out.
  • Paid Search Expert: 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management, ideally managing $1M+ in annual spend with proven performance.
  • Landing Page & Marketing Strategy Experience: 5+ years working in roles that included landing page optimization or other full-funnel marketing functions.
  • Strategic Communicator: You translate data into compelling narratives for CMOs and can be the technical expert in client-facing conversations.
  • Self-Starter with High Autonomy: You thrive in startup environments where you take strategy and independently piece together the execution.
  • Analytical Powerhouse: Advanced skills in GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution. You're obsessed with metrics and continuous optimization.

Nice To Haves

  • Vertical Knowledge: Previous experience in Insurance or Financial Services is a major plus.
  • Full-Funnel Thinker: You've worked closely with sales teams and understand performance beyond upper-funnel KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Agency Client Execution
  • Paid Search Mastery: Direct ownership of paid search accounts. Daily monitoring, bid optimization, ad copy testing, and performance management to hit strict client KPIs.
  • The Insurance Edge: Tailor campaigns to the specific needs of the Insurance vertical, ensuring compliance and high-quality lead flow for carriers and IMOs.
  • Expansion & Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to scale accounts and test new channels (Paid Social, Programmatic).
  • Marketing Operations & Project Management
  • Landing Page Orchestration: Drive the process to conceptualize, build, test, and optimize landing pages in collaboration with dev teams.
  • Creative Workflow: Brief and manage freelance designers and writers to create high-converting assets that meet the "Madrivo Agency Standard."
  • Full-Funnel Analysis: Dig into data from multiple sources—ours and the client's—to identify opportunities and bottlenecks across the entire funnel.
  • Client Reporting: Build sophisticated dashboards and deliver insights that translate complex data into clear strategic direction.
