That means we don't just manage paid search accounts, we dig into website flows, optimize landing pages, analyze sales processes, dissect data, and orchestrate every lever we can pull to move the needle. We push our clients out of their comfort zones strategically, and we're relentless about innovation. Right now, we're scaling Drive aggressively, particularly within the Insurance vertical. We're moving beyond traditional lead gen into high-level managed services (PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic) for enterprise clients who want a true partner, not just another vendor. The Role This is an execution powerhouse role. While leadership architects the strategy and closes the deals, you're the one who brings it all to life. You'll take the strategy, roll up your sleeves, and turn it into results. That means managing the nitty-gritty of paid search accounts, driving the process to get new landing pages live, analyzing full-funnel data from multiple sources, coordinating with support teams, and ensuring everything is fully optimized and firing on all cylinders. This isn't a traditional "in-house" role—you're operating in a startup environment as the dedicated marketing lead for our agency clients. You're equal parts strategist and operator: someone who can speak confidently with C-suite executives and jump into Google Ads to make bid adjustments that matter. You'll partner directly with leadership to ensure the vision sold to the client is executed with excellence. You're helping us build the blueprint for this entire division.
