Senior Marketing Manager (Remote)

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Multi-Site & Local SEO to lead our local search strategy across a growing portfolio of treatment centers and websites. In this role, you'll drive local search visibility, increase qualified patient leads, and support organizational growth through Google Business Profile management, local SEO strategy, technical optimization, citation management, reputation management, and location-specific content. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen our digital presence, launch new markets, and ensure our patients can easily find the care they need.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience leading multi-site or multi-location Local SEO programs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Expertise with Google Business Profiles, local listings, citation management, schema markup, technical SEO, analytics, and reporting
- Strong analytical, communication, project management, and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to develop data-driven SEO strategies that drive measurable business results
Nice To Haves
- EST or CST strongly preferred
- Experience with Yext or similar listing management platforms preferred
