Requirements

Strong experience in marketing within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
A background in managing marketing and Business Development campaigns in a creative or design-focused environment
Exceptional writing, editing, and visual communication skills
Confident managing multiple priorities, Meetings , and deadlines in a fast-paced studio setting
A natural collaborator with a passion for sustainability, design, and expanding the firm’s Client Network in New York City

Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with firm Principals and senior leadership to deliver a forward-thinking marketing strategy
Lead and mentor the internal Marketing team to elevate the firm’s brand and storytelling
Drive Business Development initiatives — building the firm’s Client Network and identifying new growth opportunities
Oversee all marketing collateral including proposals, presentations, awards submissions, and digital assets
Manage the firm’s website, social media, and communications calendar to maintain a strong public presence in New York City and beyond
Coordinate internal and external Meetings , debriefs, and speaking engagements
