The Senior Marketing Manager for Neonatal Care focuses on strategy and programs to drive market share expansion of our intensive care portfolio in the US market. This role blends clinical expertise, product management, and commercial marketing to drive market adoption, accelerate growth, and position the organization as a trusted partner in neonatal care. The Senior Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical Education, Operations, Product Management, and Strategic Accounts to translate clinical insights into compelling value propositions that resonate with Neonatal stakeholders, hospital leadership and Integrated Delivery Networks. This role works closely with the Director of Marketing in executing the Go-To Market strategy, collaborates with global product management in adapting portfolio positioning to the local market, and supports regional sales and marketing in ensuring proper marketing programs, sales tools, training and customer support.
