About The Position

Individual contributor position leading the work and deliverables of multiple marketing campaigns for Aetna Supplemental Health. Supports initial enrollment and ongoing enrollment communication needs, as well as works on special projects throughout the year. Works cross-functionally with sales, implementation and account management constituents, and externally with plan sponsors and their consultant teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 + years marketing and/or communication experience
  • Proven communication skills, including writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting project milestones.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, InDesign and/or other marketing software.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide strategic enrollment communications plans to support the Aetna Supplemental Health Plans (Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity)
  • Work on projects throughout the year, including participating in the creation and maintenance of our member communications toolkit of digital and print collateral materials
  • Manage cost estimation, tracking, and budget reporting for assigned case enrollment strategies
  • Project managing the deliverables of the communications to the plan sponsor
  • Coach junior-level colleagues on how to utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and analyze project and program outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement planning for our department and organization to enhance delivery processes and outcomes
  • Participate in team training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
