We’re seeking a self-starter who loves to build new capabilities that measurably accelerate marketing-driven pipeline and revenue growth for rapidly growing, early-stage companies. You’re a leader and a self-contributor (for now) who will put all the marketing tactics, processes and mechanisms in place to hit our aggressive revenue goals. You’re a strategic challenger and executional powerhouse - the center of gravity for marketing-initiated revenue acceleration. You’ll lead cross-functional campaign planning and delivery as an individual contributor, managing multiple channels with precision and attention to detail. By defining and executing innovative strategies, you’ll help Paytient stand out in a highly fragmented market. Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth through demand generation and digital marketing ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Ability to think big-picture (strategy, market, positioning) while also being a hands-on builder and optimizer of campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • A talent for creating powerful, audience-focused messaging that turns complexity into clarity and compels action.
  • Strong and innate analytical mindset, challenging and using insights drive better results
  • Agility, resourcefulness and comfort in working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, digital advertising tools (google ads, linkedin Ads) and working with AI to accelerate time-to-market

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a complex industry such as healthcare, FinTech, SaaS or benefits is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an end-to-end demand generation strategy that directly and demonstrably delivers on business goals and objectives
  • Leverage and integrate mutli-channel tactics including email, paid media, content marketing, social, webinars, and events to drive maximum engagement and conversion
  • Develop buyer personas and craft simple, disruptive messaging that resonates with them throughout the buyer journey.
  • Collaborate with sales, partner team and leadership to align campaigns with go-to-market strategies
  • Refine strategies based on data-driven insights, ensuring consistent optimization of resources and ROI
  • Define, monitor, and manage the critical metrics that ensure we are on track to exceed our committed pipeline and revenue goals
  • Plan, execute, and relentlessly optimize increasingly personalized campaigns and workflows across all digital channels
  • Partner with creative team to produce bold, on-brand messaging and assets that make Paytient stand out in an increasingly fragmented benefits marketplace
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks and make real-time adjustments to consantly improve lead quality and ROI
  • Identify and apply AI and advanced automation tools to improve productivity and campaign performance
  • Manage the demand generation budget, focusing on growth, efficiency and creativity to maximize impact with limited resources
  • Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, or agencies to extend capacity as business needs dicate.
