This role is accountable for driving qualified new-logo pipeline growth through a combination of account-based motion, digital demand, and conversion optimization. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure demand programs drive measurable pipeline impact—not just activity. To Thrive in This Role You are a hands-on, outcome-oriented demand generation leader who thrives in environments where accountability matters more than activity. You combine strong judgment with execution discipline and are comfortable owning pipeline outcomes in close partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations. You bring a practical understanding of modern B2B SaaS demand generation, including digital channels, account-based motions, and conversion optimization across the buyer journey. You know how to apply AI and automation to improve efficiency, targeting, and performance—not as experiments, but as part of day-to-day execution. You operate well with limited structure, adapt quickly based on performance data, and continuously refine programs to improve results. You are motivated by impact, not volume of output, and are comfortable being measured on pipeline contribution, quality, and conversion.

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of B2B demand generation experience
  • Proven ability to tie programs to pipeline outcomes
  • Strong digital and AI-enabled marketing experience
  • Comfortable operating with accountability and limited structure
  • Candidate should be authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Own global demand generation strategy and execution, with an initial focus on strengthening new-logo pipeline performance in priority regions
  • Drive pipeline growth through ABM, digital demand, and events
  • Improve conversion efficiency across the buyer journey
  • Apply AI and automation to scale execution and reduce inefficiency
  • Partner with Sales on pipeline inspection and optimization
  • Establish a repeatable demand-generation operating model
  • Own and execute global demand generation programs focused on qualified new-logo pipeline growth and conversion efficiency
  • Establish clear performance goals tied to pipeline volume, quality, and conversion efficiency
  • Build a scalable demand-generation operating model that can be applied consistently across regions
  • Plan and run account-based and digital demand programs across content, events, and digital channels
  • Partner with Sales to align on target accounts, buying groups, and success criteria
  • Ensure demand programs support enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
  • Own performance across the funnel from MQL to SQL to opportunity
  • Improve lead quality, qualification, and progression through better targeting and gating
  • Inspect performance regularly and adjust programs based on pipeline and conversion data
  • Apply AI and automation to improve SEO/AEO, content reuse, campaign testing, and efficiency
  • Reduce reliance on low-value manual execution and external agencies where possible
  • Continuously evaluate tools and techniques that allow a small team to operate at scale
  • Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations on pipeline inspection and optimization
  • Ensure clean handoffs, shared definitions, and trusted reporting
  • Maintain clear visibility into what is working, what is not, and why
  • Partner closely with regional sales on demand performance and pipeline health, serving as the day-to-day owner of demand execution and optimization.
