The Senior Marketing Copywriter serves as a subject matter expert in developing high-impact copy that drives measurable growth across both DTC and B2B channels. This role leads the creation of strategic, performance-focused content that brings our products, programs, and services to life—ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right moment to accelerate acquisition and conversion. This role owns and advances key writing initiatives for email, SEO-optimized web content, and digital assets that support lead generation, while shaping the editorial standards and best practices used across performance, CRM, and marketing automation teams. The Copywriter collaborates closely with cross-functional partners throughout the performance marketing, design, video production, and project management teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality content across channels. In addition to producing complex and high-visibility work with minimal oversight, the Copywriter provides guidance and coaching to junior writers and creative partners, contributes to operational planning, and helps influence messaging strategies that directly impact departmental goals and business results. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Newton, MA.
