Senior Marketing Coordinator

About The Position

We’re looking for a seasoned marketing specialist who brings deep experience in pursuits and proposals, understands how to elevate a brand through social media, and is comfortable managing website content within WordPress. You will play a key role in shaping how we present our work, support business development efforts, and elevate the D|Watts brand across every touchpoint. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of AEC marketing experience with a strong focus on pursuits/proposals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Illustrator required).
  • Strong graphic design capabilities with a refined, detail-oriented eye.
  • Experience managing and maintaining social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with RFQ/RFP and interview preparation processes.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of qualifications, proposals, and interview materials from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Manage multiple pursuits simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are executed at a high level.
  • Contribute to pursuits strategy, including messaging, positioning, and content development.
  • Write, edit, and refine proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.
  • Create, update, and maintain marketing collateral, templates, and presentation materials.
  • Apply strong graphic design skills to produce polished, high-quality deliverables aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards across all marketing materials.
  • Manage and coordinate content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Assist with website updates and maintenance .
  • Coordinate project, event, and staff photography.
  • Support planning and execution of client-facing and internal events.
  • Develop a strong understanding of D|Watts’ portfolio, clients, and market positioning.
  • Proactively identify gaps, suggest improvements, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of marketing efforts.
