About The Position

As part of the Marketing Strategy and Planning team within Key’s Enterprise Marketing Organization, this position will report to the Marketing Manager aligned to Enterprise Brand marketing activities. The Marketing & Strategy Team works across the Enterprise to consult, plan, and implement marketing campaigns for Consumer and B2B products and services. This position will assist with development, deployment, and tracking/reporting of Enterprise Brand marketing strategy and planning deliverables. Our culture is collaborative, so you can expect to work with multiple stakeholders on every project.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, agency experience a plus
  • Experience in financial sector and consumer marketing
  • Able to manage multiple projects and large-scale tasks simultaneously
  • Able to interpret and analyze data, develop regular campaign reports
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office and related Microsoft products
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
  • Able to track and maintain scheduled assignments
  • Serve as a positive and effective team member
  • Able to interact effectively at all levels of an organization and across diverse cultures
  • Results oriented, proactive attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment under multiple deadlines and competing priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Adobe MarTech suite products preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assists in building marketing programs across lines of business and seeks innovative marketing opportunities that support the overall marketing strategy.
  • Builds and sustains excellent working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and partner organizations, and effectively works across internal and external teams to build trust and relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitors business results of programs and adjusts those programs leveraging data, analytics and research.
  • Ability to analyze, summarize and interpret complex data and information; can move logically from findings to conclusions and actionable business insights.
  • Understands consumer trends/behavior and the role of marketing in impacting business goals.
  • Understanding of financial industry trends including competitor information and can communicate implications and opportunity to KeyBank.
  • Identifies project problems/risks, proposes solutions, and escalates to leadership for timely resolution, if necessary.
