About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to own marketing-to-revenue measurement, optimization, and enablement across the go-to-market funnel. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and Finance to define success metrics, guide investment decisions, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Acting as a strategic advisor, you’ll ensure insights translate into action through scalable reporting, experimentation, and data-driven recommendations. This role has a strong focus on self-serve analytics, continuous improvement, and helping GTM teams understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest next. Location: This is a remote position. You must live and work permanently in the U.S. to be considered.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, revenue marketing, marketing operations, or revenue operations
  • Hands-on experience across modern GTM tech stacks, including marketing automation platforms, CRMs, data warehouses, and BI tools (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, Snowflake, Metabase)
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong analytical modeling intuition
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation programs
  • Strong understanding of GTM, marketing, and revenue KPIs, including pipeline, ARR, CAC, and LTV
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear insights and storytelling
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • High standards for data quality, consistency, and governance
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and collaborating cross-functionally

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end measurement of marketing performance across the GTM funnel, from acquisition through expansion and retention
  • Define and evolve campaign success metrics tied to pipeline creation, revenue impact, CAC, and LTV
  • Analyze website performance, user journeys, and funnel conversion to identify growth and revenue opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to align performance insights with forecasting, budgeting, and investment decisions
  • Lead conversion rate optimization efforts by developing hypotheses, prioritizing experiments, and measuring impact
  • Design and analyze A/B tests across landing pages, onboarding flows, and key conversion points
  • Build and maintain scalable audience segmentation frameworks that support targeting, personalization, and measurement
  • Own data activation workflows syncing audiences to marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Build and maintain trusted, self-serve dashboards in Metabase for marketing and GTM performance reporting
  • Ensure metric consistency, data quality, and governance in partnership with Analytics
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to Marketing and GTM leadership, driving alignment and action through data

  • This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $100,000-$118,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
