About The Position

One Park Financial (OPF) is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their expanding marketing analytics function. This role is a hands-on analytical position reporting to Analytics leadership and working closely with the data science and analytics team. The primary focus will be on analyzing the performance of various marketing channels, campaigns, and creatives to understand their true delivery, identify drop-off points in the customer funnel, and determine which spending yields the most valuable small businesses for funding and growth. This role emphasizes measuring the quality of leads, not just the volume, by tracking them through to funded deals and long-term customer retention. The company is AI-forward, expecting analysts to leverage modern AI and LLM tools for faster and sharper analysis. The ideal candidate is a high-performing individual who sees the big picture and elevates those around them.

Requirements

4 to 7 years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, performance marketing, or digital media measurement.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, mathematics, business or marketing analytics, computer science, or similar).
Strong SQL and working Python with pandas; ability to query the warehouse directly and perform analysis in notebooks or scripts.
Hands-on experience with paid digital platforms, particularly Meta and Google Ads.
Practical fluency with UTM tagging and conversion tracking.
Web and product analytics experience (GA4 or comparable), including event tracking and step-level funnel analysis.
Experiment literacy: ability to design, honestly read, and explain A/B or geo tests.
Strong data-quality instinct: ability to reconcile data before reporting and flag suspicious numbers.
Strong visualization and communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Experience in lending, fintech, insurance, subscription, or other businesses with a long funnel and a qualification gate between lead and revenue.
Experience with dbt, cloud data environments (AWS), and modern AI tooling (LLMs, agents) on own data.

Responsibilities

Own the recurring performance analysis for paid channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and email, down to campaign, ad set, and creative levels.
Focus on cost per funded deal and return on ad spend, moving beyond cost per lead.
Analyze the full acquisition funnel, from ad click to funded deal, identifying loss points, quantifying costs, and recommending changes.
Develop and implement quality metrics, not just volume metrics, to differentiate channels based on fundable businesses sent.
Design and analyze tests (creative, landing page, audience, geo holdouts) honestly, distinguishing real effects from channel reach differences.
Assist in shaping and quality-checking the marketing data foundation, including tagging, attribution, and data modeling, ensuring reconciliation of spend and validation of joins between marketing activity, leads, and funded deals.
Build dashboards and reports for marketing and executive teams, presenting findings in plain language with clear recommendations.
