Role Summary Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Market Intelligence Manager to build and lead its integrated intelligence function across energy markets, power systems, and water resources, enabling more accurate and data-driven hyperscale development decisions for our growing portfolio. The Market Intelligence Manager is a senior analytical role responsible for producing the forecasts, infrastructure assessments, and competitive analyses that directly inform site selection, customer contracting strategy, utility engagement, procurement planning, and delivery risk identification. The role requires advanced technical capability to evaluate ISO/RTO price dynamics, resource adequacy outlooks, transmission capacity constraints, interconnection queue progression, regional water availability and permitting frameworks, and more. The role will convers these variables into quantified scenarios, risk-adjusted timelines, and market prioritization tools that support multi-GW development decisions across the United States. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role will establish data-driven processes, build modeling frameworks, and deliver concise, decision-ready insights to cross-functional partners. Success in this role is defined by improved accuracy in market targeting, clearer early-warning signals for infrastructure and regulatory risks, and stronger competitive positioning rooted in technical market fundamentals.
