About The Position

Arclin is building a next-generation strategy capability, and this role is at the heart of it. As a Senior Market Intelligence Analyst, you won’t just plug into an existing function—you’ll help shape it. You’ll serve as the voice of the market, delivering sharp, actionable insights that directly influence strategic decision-making across the organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on connecting dots: part analyst, part strategist, and part storyteller. As Arclin continues to expand across multiple business segments, you’ll operate with a wide lens—bringing clarity to complexity and helping leaders navigate what’s next.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in market intelligence, equity research, strategy, or a similar analytical role
  • Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of information into structured, actionable insights
  • Adaptability to work across multiple industries and business models
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—clear, confident, and to the point
  • A naturally curious, strategic mindset with the ability to ask insightful, forward-looking questions
  • Highly organized and structured thinker who can balance detail with big-picture perspective

Nice To Haves

  • Strong familiarity with market data tools and research platforms (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted source of insight on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic shifts across Arclin’s markets and adjacent industries
  • Transform complex, unstructured information (earnings calls, trade publications, analyst reports, and primary research) into clear, decision-ready intelligence
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity—including investments, capacity changes, and strategic direction—and translate findings into business implications
  • Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and trackers that keep leadership informed without overwhelming them
  • Critically evaluate third-party research—knowing when to rely on it and when to challenge assumptions
  • Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects with research, analysis, and data organization
  • Develop concise executive summaries and presentation-ready insights that clearly answer the “so what?”
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Innovation teams to inform growth strategies and market entry decisions
