Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and nine (9) years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Three (3) combined years of supervisory and/or leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

  • Driving world class safety culture into daily operations
  • Leading quality continuous improvement efforts
  • Supporting & Collaborating with Planning organization to drive customer first metrics
  • Managing Operating Expense budget for team and work group
  • Managing production supervisors and team members with clearly defined roles
  • Leading cross functional teams and programs to drive continuous improvement
  • Implementing Lean principles into existing manufacturing processes
  • Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
