Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and nine (9) years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a private, public, government or military environment
Three (3) combined years of supervisory and/or leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

Driving world class safety culture into daily operations
Leading quality continuous improvement efforts
Supporting & Collaborating with Planning organization to drive customer first metrics
Managing Operating Expense budget for team and work group
Managing production supervisors and team members with clearly defined roles
Leading cross functional teams and programs to drive continuous improvement
Implementing Lean principles into existing manufacturing processes
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
