About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Fall River, WI. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing complex projects, improving manufacturing processes, and training operators to ensure high-quality production standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in fabrication machine programming and part nesting.
Strong knowledge of tooling specification and design principles.
Experience with equipment specification and new equipment installation project management.
Demonstrated ability in process flow design and automation project management.
Excellent skills in developing and maintaining standard work and routing documentation.
Ability to train and mentor operators effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize fabrication machine programming to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Perform part nesting to maximize material utilization and reduce waste.
Specify and design tooling to support manufacturing processes and product requirements.
Define equipment specifications and collaborate with vendors and internal teams for procurement.
Design and improve process flows to enhance production throughput and quality.
Lead automation project management initiatives to integrate new technologies and improve manufacturing capabilities.
Manage new equipment installation projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Develop and maintain standard work documentation and routing procedures.
Conduct operator training to ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to standard work.
Manage operator training plans and training matrix updates.
Maintain and update routing documentation to reflect process changes and improvements.
