About The Position

We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead critical customer programs from concept through production in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll be the key driver of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Customer Product Transfer (CPPT) initiatives that directly impact company growth, profitability, and long-term customer success. You'll work closely with executive leadership, customers, engineering teams, manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, and sales to ensure successful product launches and seamless production execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a program leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, building strong customer relationships, and influencing strategic business decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience
  • 2+ years of Contract Manufacturing experience
  • Understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction) and CPPT processes
  • Experience working in Electronics Manufacturing or a similar complex manufacturing environment
  • Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with RFQs, quoting, contract management, and cost reporting
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and production readiness processes
  • Ability to evaluate risks, solve problems, and drive projects to completion
  • Strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Customer Product Transfer (CPPT) programs from launch through production.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and executive stakeholders.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales.
  • Drive program schedules, action items, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Manage strategic customer quotations, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
  • Track program performance related to cost, quality, delivery, and revenue objectives.
  • Identify process improvements that enhance program execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular program updates to Director and executive-level leadership.
  • Mentor and support developing Program Managers within your assigned business segment.
