About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Program Trainer to join our team. This role involves creating comprehensive training documentation on service and repair procedures for our products, maintaining up-to-date service bulletins, and conducting training sessions for our partners. The ideal candidate will be a technical subject matter expert and demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively deliver training and support. Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PSS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of service and repair processes.
  • Experience in creating training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.

  • Technical Communication Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with training software and platforms.
  • Ability to engage and inspire learners, fostering a positive training environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain training documentation on service and repair processes for a variety of products, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
  • Create and update service bulletins that communicate important information, including product updates, repair techniques, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for partners and internal teams, ensuring that all participants are knowledgeable about service protocols and repair practices.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact (POC) for service partners, addressing product-related inquiries and providing expert guidance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and assessments, continuously improving content and delivery methods.
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure training materials accurately reflect product specifications and best practices.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops and hands-on training sessions, fostering an interactive learning environment for participants.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base related to products and services to ensure all training content remains current and relevant.
  • Support the onboarding of new partners by providing tailored training and resources to facilitate their success.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to enhance the overall training strategy and support organizational goals.
