About The Position

Marvin is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support its manufacturing priorities of safety, quality, and productivity by leading process development and continuous improvement initiatives. The role drives strategic projects aligned with operational goals and product development efforts. It combines project and process leadership with supervision, mentoring, and development of a team of engineers, while fostering teamwork, innovation, accountability, and a positive work culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Five years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Marvin manufacturing systems.
• Strong communication skills when working with multiple teams.
• Demonstrable creative problem-solving skills.
• Desire to share expertise and openness to others’ ideas.

Nice To Haves

• Equivalent industry-related experience is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience leading a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the 4–10 engineers in the Process Support Group, managing their day-to-day performance and development opportunities.
• Set and uphold high standards for direct reports to encourage teamwork, maintain a positive work culture, and support their success.
• Identify, coordinate, and drive continuous improvement activities in production and business processes.
• Serve as Process Lead in PPT/IPT projects.
• Work on major projects and initiatives across broad areas of assignment and fields.
• Champion safety and quality standards throughout engineering activities.
