About The Position
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer applies scientific and engineering knowledge, mathematics, and ingenuity to lead moderately and highly complex projects with little to no supervision. The role conducts line studies and qualifications or validations, develops protocols and reports independently, determines validation strategies, and leads root cause analysis for complex manufacturing events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Five years of experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Runs studies and qualification/validation activities on the line as needed.
- Writes protocols and reports without oversight.
- Determines the overall validation strategy, including validation type and requirements, process outputs, sampling plans, and data analysis.
- Provides guidance on validation deviations and complex validation data analysis.
- Leads root cause analysis efforts for high-complexity manufacturing events using the DMAIC model and A3s.
