About The Position

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer supports semiconductor test operations involving automated test equipment (ATE), wafer probers, handlers, and related factory systems. The role supports new product introduction (NPI), engineering sample evaluation, and production test readiness for advanced Analog, Power, MCU, and EP semiconductor products. It helps ensure dependable test-cell operation, provides data for engineering analysis, and coordinates with suppliers, cross-functional engineering teams, and production support groups. The engineer supports test-cell readiness for NPI, engineering sample, and low-volume production programs; oversees setup and docking or undocking of ATE systems with probers and handlers; and leads equipment diagnosis and troubleshooting. The role also debugs ATE hardware, analyzes manufacturing data to improve processes, oversees preventive maintenance and calibration support, maintains records for ISO-9001 audits, and supports safety and quality compliance. The position mentors technicians and junior engineers.
