About The Position

Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to work in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment in Perry, GA. This is a contingent position pending contract award, meaning the offer is conditional upon the successful awarding of a contract. The candidate will be responsible for understanding advanced manufacturing planning, military specifications and certifications, raw material selection, engineering change process, design modification, use of CAD/CAM systems, and manufacturing process development.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a manufacturing environment supporting DoW programs.
• Experience Substitutions: 1 academic year at an accredited college or university in an accredited preferred degree related post-secondary program for 1 year of experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• CAD/CAM System Experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field of study is preferred.
