About The Position
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead efforts to improve manufacturing processes, increase production efficiency, and support new product introductions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 6+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Support new product introductions and production ramp-up
- Identify opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste
- Partner with operations and quality teams to resolve production challenges
- Develop manufacturing documentation and work instructions
