The Propulsion Manufacturing Integrated Components team manufactures and tests critical Aeon-R engine components including manifolds, gimbal assemblies, brackets, orifices, etc. The team ensures on-time delivery of propulsion subassemblies to the Aeon-R engine program while driving continuous improvements in safety, quality, reliability, lead time, and cost. After successfully delivering hardware and developing processes for the first Aeon-R flight engines, we're entering a critical phase: ramping production while concurrently developing next-generation engines to make Terran R the most manufacturable high-performing rocket to date. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and initiative to provide design feedback, pioneer advanced manufacturing methods, and deliver flight hardware for integration and testing.
