The Senior Managing Consultant serves as a senior implementation leader and subject-matter expert, partnering with acute care hospitals and health systems to lead complex, multi-workstream clinical quality and operational transformation initiatives. This role is designed for seasoned healthcare operators who have worked “in the trenches” and can translate strategy into sustainable execution across clinical, operational, and administrative environments. The Clinical Quality Senior Managing Consultant works closely with hospital executives, physician leaders, and frontline teams to drive measurable improvements in clinical quality, patient outcomes, operational performance, and publicly reported metrics through hands-on implementation and change leadership. Willing to travel consistently (50% - 75%), depending on project requirements and client expectations, is required for this position.
