This role covers the entire lifecycle from strategic assessment to coordinated implementation. In doing so, maintains business continuity, optimizes employee experience and strengthens PS capabilities to support enterprise restructuring objectives. Additionally, this role is accountable within PS for the transition of employees affected by M&A initiatives or any BMS-initiated departures due to organizational restructuring.
