About The Position

IonQ is at the forefront of this technological revolution. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Transformation. As the Senior Manager of Business Transformation, you will design and run IonQ’s Management Operating Framework (MOF), consisting of monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR). You’ll partner with FP&A and functional leaders to align strategy with execution, and you’ll steward cross-functional transformation initiatives that raise our operating maturity. In this role, you will manage the integrated business roadmap, OKRs, KPIs, and executive scorecards. You will drive enterprise initiatives and change management. You will report to the VP of Integration and Transformation.

Requirements

BA/BS required
5-10+ years in business operations, strategy, FP&A, or consulting
Demonstrated design/ownership of an executive operating cadence (MBR/QBR/OKRs), portfolio planning, and cross-functional change

Nice To Haves

MBA or related master’s
Prior product management experience
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Help shape and orchestrate annual/rolling strategic planning and portfolio planning
Drive accountability to achieve business results and deliver on investment commitments
Design, implement, and continuously improve the MOF (MBR/QBR)
Lead cross-functional process improvement and other enterprise-wide initiatives
Lead transformation planning with FP&A and functional leaders
Build executive scorecards (financial + operational KPIs)
