The Senior Manager, Workday Systems & HR Technology is responsible for the strategic leadership, administration, governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the organization's Workday platform and HR technology ecosystem. This role serves as the primary owner of Workday, ensuring system effectiveness, data integrity, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives across all Human Capital Management functions. The Senior Manager partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions that support the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, compliance, reporting, talent management, total rewards, and operational efficiency. This position leads system strategy, integrations, reporting, security, process improvement initiatives, and Workday roadmap planning while serving as the organization's subject matter expert for HR technology.
