We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Workday Integrations to lead the design, development, support, and strategic evolution of Workday integrations across the HR technology landscape. This role will serve as the primary technology partner for the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations organizations, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Workday Integration experience, with a strong preference for expertise supporting Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition processes. This individual must possess deep technical knowledge of Workday integration technologies while also demonstrating the ability to engage business stakeholders, lead solution design workshops, and manage globally distributed teams.
