About The Position

The FLEX Senior Manager, Web Producer will support the day-to-day operational execution of migrating Marriott Bonvoy Traveler onto the Marriott.com digital platform and ecosystem. This temporary role is critical to ensuring content, assets and workflows transition seamlessly, while meeting Global Marketing standards and enterprise requirements. The Web Producer is highly organized, serving as a central point of coordination across Global Marketing, Digital, and other partners—owning operational execution, asset readiness, and content triage throughout the migration lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with website migrations, strong technical fluency, and a collaborative mindset suited to complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of experience in web production, digital operations, or content management roles
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or executing website migrations (enterprise CMS or large-scale platforms preferred)
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems and content governance standards
  • Experience leveraging project management tools like Jira or Workfront
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within large, matrixed organizations, particularly within Marketing
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, tagging structures, and enterprise web ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
  • Prior experience supporting editorial or content-driven platforms

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the day-to-day operational execution of the Traveler website migration from Traveler.Marriott.com to Marriott.com.
  • Ensure Global Marketing requirements, standards, and timelines are met at every phase of the migration.
  • Support the definition, documentation, and validation of migration requirements in close partnership with Digital and Technology teams.
  • Utilize digital tools (Workfront, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, and beyond) to meet company milestones and project goals.
  • Coordinate the migration of content and digital assets into Marriott’s enterprise Digital Asset Center (DAC).
  • Ensure assets are properly tagged, organized, and compliant with enterprise governance standards.
  • Triage and manage content for migration, content needing revisions and content that needs to be sunset.
  • Partner with editorial, brand, and regional teams to ensure content accuracy, completeness, and quality throughout migration.
  • Work closely with Digital, Global Marketing, and other stakeholders to align operational execution with strategic goals.
  • Act as a day-to-day liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Track progress, surface risks, and communicate status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Clarify ownership by assigning work, guiding executions, and synthesizing team updates into clearly communicated project updates and next steps.
  • Assign and coordinate work across the team, track progress, and collect timely updates to keep delivery on course.
  • Develops executive-ready updates and summaries related to the project, as required.
  • Support QA efforts by validating migrated content, functionality, and experience against requirements.
  • Maintain clear documentation, checklists, and workflows to support migration governance during this temporary assignment.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices that support future platform enhancements.
