$150,000 - $170,000Onsite

About The Position

Talkiatry is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Experience to manage Talkiatry.com as a digital product. This role focuses on the logged-out user experience, including the homepage, landing pages, treatment and condition pages, SEO content, insurance and state pages, provider discovery surfaces, and campaign experiences. The ideal candidate will operate with a product management mindset, driving a clear roadmap, making strong cross-functional decisions, prioritizing effectively, and ensuring high quality. The goal is to enhance the visitor experience and increase the conversion rate of qualified visitors starting the application flow. This is not a typical web manager or CMS producer role; it requires someone who can set direction, diagnose issues, prioritize based on business impact, and personally implement or prototype website improvements using tools like Webflow, front-end technologies, analytics, and AI. The website is built on Webflow, with external support for larger development tasks. The role involves driving the system's roadmap, scoping, QA, documentation, SEO/AEO structure, accessibility standards, tracking hygiene, and daily site quality assurance.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in website product management, growth product, web strategy, SEO, digital experience, or a related role.
  • Strong product sense across user journeys, prioritization, roadmap ownership, experimentation, funnel thinking, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Hands-on HTML and CSS capability; comfort using browser DevTools and diagnosing routine front-end issues.
  • Deep CMS experience with Webflow or comparable platforms such as Contentful, WordPress, Sanity, Prismic, or similar.
  • Strong SEO expertise, including technical SEO, content SEO, schema, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, indexation, and redirects.
  • AEO/GEO fluency or a clear ability to develop it quickly, including AI Overviews, answer-engine optimization, FAQs, and retrieval-friendly content architecture.
  • Accessibility expertise, including WCAG 2.2 AA, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, accessible forms, contrast, and inclusive UX QA.
  • Analytics fluency, including GA4, GTM or similar tag management, event tracking, funnel reporting, tag QA, and attribution awareness.
  • Experience working with external agencies or dev shops, including scoping, briefing, QA, and accountability for outcomes.
  • Strong documentation habits: your docs are clean, current, and usable by cross-functional partners.
  • Comfort using AI coding, research, SEO, QA, and productivity tools as part of your everyday workflow.
  • Strong cross-functional operating ability across Growth, Creative, Content, Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Compliance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, marketplace, fintech, insurance, or another regulated/high-trust category.
  • Experience with YMYL content, medical review processes, HIPAA/privacy-sensitive environments, or compliance-heavy workflows.
  • Experience building programmatic or scalable SEO systems.
  • CRO experience, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, user journey analysis, heatmaps/session replay, and experiment measurement.
  • A portfolio, personal site, GitHub, or work samples that show how you think and build.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing website roadmap across core site pages, landing pages, SEO/AEO content, provider discovery surfaces, and campaign experiences, translating business goals into a sequenced roadmap and defining priorities.
  • Improve the visitor to qualified application start conversion rate by optimizing web-controlled factors such as page experience, trust signals, CTA strategy, eligibility clarity, accessibility, site speed, and analytics quality.
  • Enhance technical SEO and answer-engine optimization in partnership with Growth and Content, focusing on crawlability, internal linking, schema, metadata, page structure, FAQs, and retrieval-friendly content patterns.
  • Take proactive ownership of site health, QA processes, template hygiene, mobile checks, and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
  • Build, modify, and QA website pages, templates, CMS components, redirects, metadata, schema, forms, and landing-page variants using Webflow, HTML, CSS, browser DevTools, and AI-assisted tools.
  • Scope work for external development partners, write clear briefs, critically review output, and determine when to build in-house versus outsource.
  • Maintain CMS structure, templates, components, redirects, publishing workflows, and site hygiene to ensure the website scales effectively without fragmentation.
  • Partner with Growth, Analytics, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance on website instrumentation, event tracking, pixels, consent/privacy rules, attribution, and QA.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Creative, Content, Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Compliance teams.

  • Medical, dental, vision, effective day 1 of employment
  • 401K with match
  • Generous PTO plus paid holidays
