Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Manager of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure to spearhead wet utility infrastructure development across Rowan’s data center portfolio. The Infrastructure Manager will also execute Rowan’s water and wastewater sustainability initiatives consistent with Rowan’s corporate goals. This role will entail collaboratively working with multi-functional project teams to create strategies to secure wet utilities for projects, negotiate supply agreements with service providers and support the deployment of water and wastewater infrastructure through permitting and construction. The Infrastructure Manager will be involved in other development activities as necessary including project evaluations, due diligence reviews, agency consultations, permitting, entitlements, and budgeting alongside the project teams. The Infrastructure Manager is a critical part of the Energy and Water team, working closely with the project origination and development teams, leadership, and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of Rowan’s Development Projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently and negotiating successful service agreements with utilities, preferably in the data center industry. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong project management skills, comfort with ambiguity, comfort with having direct conversations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% for company gatherings or for site visits. Location: Denver, CO or Seattle, WA (hybrid in-office role) Compensation: $160k-$180K (Offers Bonus)
