As a Senior Manager, Virtual Financial Planning Sales, you will lead a team of virtual Financial Planners responsible for delivering holistic financial plans, providing investment advice, and driving mutual fund sales through a fully remote advisory model. This role ensures the team meets regulatory standards, achieves sales targets, and delivers an exceptional client experience aligned with organizational objectives in Wealth Distribution. This role will play a critical role in coaching, motivating, and developing advisors; optimizing digital sales processes; and partnering with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Compliance, Operations) to enhance the virtual advice experience.
