Momentive Software is seeking a Senior Manager, User Experience to define the unified experience vision for how customers interact with MomentiveIQ across the full product portfolio. This role will be responsible for designing the cross-product navigation and interaction patterns that allow customers to move fluidly between products, and establishing the design system and interaction patterns for AI-powered interfaces, including conversational UX, proactive recommendations, inline intelligence, and agentic workflows. The position owns the information architecture that determines how AI-generated insights, suggestions, and actions surface within and across products. The Senior Manager will lead user research to understand customer navigation, pain points, and friction reduction opportunities. They will leverage AI tools to accelerate the design process through rapid prototyping, synthetic user testing, automated research synthesis, and concept generation, refining these with design expertise. This role requires close partnership with product, engineering, and architecture to ensure platform capabilities are expressed through understandable and trustworthy experiences. Collaboration with product managers across the portfolio is key to ensuring individual product experiences connect coherently through MomentiveIQ. The Senior Manager will build and maintain design standards for consistent implementation of MomentiveIQ patterns and establish/run cross-product usability testing to validate the unified experience. A critical aspect of this role is advocating for the customer's portfolio experience, especially when individual product priorities conflict with cross-product coherence. Staying current on AI interaction design patterns, emerging UX paradigms for intelligent systems, and leading platform solutions for cross-product challenges is also essential.
