About The Position

As a Senior Manager, U.S. Payroll here at Solstice, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to our U.S. based employees. You will play a key role in leading payroll-related projects and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our payroll operations. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and direction to the U.S. payroll team, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, implement best practices, and drive process improvements in payroll management. You will also have responsibility for U.S. Time & Attendance processes, supported by ADP technology. In this role, you will impact Solstice by ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, owning process optimization, and maintaining compliance with payroll-related laws and regulations.
