We're looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to join our Corporate Treasury team and help manage the financial infrastructure that supports one of the world's largest vehicle rental fleets. This role is critical to ensuring liquidity, optimizing capital structure, and managing risk across our global operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA/CTP a plus
  • 7+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or capital markets experience
  • Experience with asset-based lending or fleet/equipment financing strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, FX/interest rate hedging, and debt capital markets
  • Proficiency with treasury management systems (TMS) and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience operating in a global, multi-currency environment preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Manage cash and liquidity forecasting across NAM, EMEA, and APAC regions, ensuring sufficient funding for fleet acquisition and operational needs
  • Support fleet financing activities, including relationships with lenders and structuring of asset-backed and other debt facilities
  • Oversee daily cash management, bank relationships, and global bank account structures
  • Monitor and manage interest rate, foreign exchange, and commodity risk exposures, including hedging strategies
  • Prepare and present treasury analysis, forecasts, and reporting to senior leadership
  • Support capital markets activities, including debt issuances, credit facility renewals, and covenant compliance
  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Fleet teams to align treasury strategy with broader business objectives (e.g., RPD/Utilization targets, EBITDA goals)
  • Maintain and improve treasury policies, controls, and systems in compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements
  • Lead or support special projects, including M&A due diligence, licensee financing arrangements, and system implementations
  • Mentor and develop junior treasury staff
