We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements for buy-side, sell-side, lender, and other transaction advisory clients. This role is responsible for managing engagement execution, supervising team members, identifying and communicating key transaction issues, and delivering actionable insights that help clients evaluate deal quality, risks, normalized earnings, and working capital considerations. The ideal candidate brings strong transaction advisory experience, sound accounting judgment, advanced financial analysis capabilities, and the ability to translate complex financial findings into clear, client-ready recommendations. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, reviewing detailed analyses, coaching team members, and communicating directly with clients, lenders, private equity sponsors, company management teams, and internal stakeholders.
