Requirements

  • Undergraduate or college degree.
  • Experience in a learning, training, or program development role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively across matrix teams and build strong partnerships across the Bank.

Nice To Haves

  • Adult education or facilitation certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience in Wealth Management is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of onboarding and training programs for the business line.
  • Partner with Wealth and Bank Learning teams to support internal training resources, career pathing, employee development, and licensing or proficiency updates.
  • Gather requirements from regional and branch partners to identify skill gaps, validate learning outcomes, and ensure training aligns with business priorities and regulatory needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align learning initiatives with broader Practice Management and Wealth training strategies.
  • Manage development program cycles, supporting communications, reference materials, implementation planning, feedback collection, and reporting.
  • Support change management efforts to drive adoption and sustained use of training programs and tools.
  • Contribute to a strong risk and control culture by ensuring day-to-day activities reflect compliance, conduct, and operational standards.
  • Help foster a high-performance, inclusive environment through coaching, collaboration, and a focus on continuous improvement.
