We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead how we think about HR operations, compensation, benefits, and the broader employee value proposition as we scale. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll bring structure to how we design compensation, ensure equity across teams, and evolve our benefits to meet the needs of a growing, high-performing organization. At the same time, you’ll oversee key HR operations functions. This includes payroll as well as managing our HR tech stack to ensure our systems and processes scale with us. You’ll lead a team responsible for HR operations while partnering closely with Talent, Finance, and executive leadership to align total rewards with business outcomes. This role will report directly into the VP, People and Talent.
