We are looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead our global compensation strategy and co-lead our U.S. benefits programs. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with the Chief People Officer and senior leadership to design thoughtful, competitive, and equitable reward programs that support our growth across multiple countries. You will help shape our global total rewards philosophy, provide sound guidance on complex compensation decisions, and ensure our programs are both compliant and aligned with business priorities.
