As part of AECOM’s Global Enterprise Applications team, this role will oversee time, labor, and payroll systems, reports, interfaces, and related operational support. It will lead internal analysts and outsourced partner resources to deploy, enhance, support, and maintain business-critical applications. Reporting to the IT Director, HR and Payroll Solutions, the role is accountable for the full software delivery lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement. The Senior Manager, Time, Labor & Payroll Solutions will identify, scope, and deliver end-to-end solutions, projects, and enhancements aligned with AECOM’s technology needs and strategic goals. In collaboration with global business and IT teams, the role will also lead the evaluation, governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI and automation opportunities within the function. It will act as a strategic bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that initiatives are prioritized, well defined, compliant, operationally sustainable, and aligned with business value, risk, capacity, and organizational objectives. This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule that includes both in-office and remote work and may be based in either Dallas or Houston, TX.
